Accepted Payment Methods

We aim to make payment as convenient as possible. The following methods are accepted for all LiveHelpTech AB services:

Invoice — Bank Transfer (preferred option)

We issue invoices in PDF format directly from our billing system to your registered email address. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details stated on the invoice. Please include your invoice number as a reference when making the transfer to ensure correct and timely allocation.

Stripe — Online Card & Wallet Payments

We accept secure online payments via Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms. The following payment methods are available through Stripe:

• Visa & Mastercard — all major debit and credit cards
• American Express — credit and charge cards
• Apple Pay — one-tap payment on Apple devices
• Google Pay — one-tap payment on Android and web
• Link — Stripe's one-click checkout for returning customers
• Klarna — buy now, pay later in instalments (where eligible)

All card and wallet payments through Stripe are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.

Swish — Swedish Mobile Payments

For clients based in Sweden, we accept payment via Swish, the leading Swedish mobile payment service. Swish payments are processed instantly between Swedish bank accounts. Our Swish number will be provided on request or stated on your invoice where applicable.

Cash

Cash payments are accepted under specific circumstances, provided that full traceability can be established in accordance with Swedish anti-money laundering regulations (penningtvättslagen). A signed receipt and verified identification will be required at the time of payment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a cash payment.

Bitcoin (BTC)

We accept Bitcoin as a payment method on a case-by-case basis, subject to full transaction traceability. In accordance with applicable Swedish financial regulations and AML compliance requirements, we require verifiable documentation of the origin of funds before a Bitcoin payment can be accepted. Please contact us in advance to discuss and arrange this payment method.

Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

To keep our payment processing efficient and secure, the following methods are not accepted:

• Cheques — we do not accept paper cheques in any currency
• Anonymous cryptocurrency — untraceable or privacy-coin transactions cannot be accepted
