LiveHelpTech respects your privacy and will never put you at risk.

1. Cookies/Tracking

1.2. The site where a login is required, on LiveHelpTech, or the subsidiary sites, will only store information in your browser only.

1.3. Cookies will only be used to store your preferences and no identifiable information.

1.5. You can easily remove these by cleaning your cache in the browser settings.

2. User emails

2.1. We will not share, sell, or trade your information to third parties.

2.2. If we share the information we will contact you for your approval.

2.3. We will only use your email to contact you. This also applies to the newsletter that you have signed up for at the site.

2.4. If you get an email or newsletter from us regarding it as spam, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, if you still get an newsletter please contact us and we will manually remove your email address from our database.

3. User password

3.1. Your password is saved safely in our database.

3.2. Upon loss of password, use the recover function on the site, if that is not working please contact us. We will only send passwords or other account information, if necessary to the email that is provided.

4. Name, Username and Company

4.1. We will never reveal your username to any third party.

4.2. Your username can be shown for internal use between team members of LiveHelpTech in our CRM, your info will never be shown publicly.

4.3. Your name, username, company name and what service has been provided, you can always opt-out by contacting us.

5. Advertisements

5.1. There will be no advertisement shown on the main site of LiveHelpTech. Exception for a link on the reference page if agreed upon. Only advertising is on the social media sites.

5.2. There can be other endorsements or advertisements in different social networks while using these sites.

6. Network

6.1. This policy applies to LiveHelpTech, and subsidiary sites under the control of LiveHelpTech.
